Warranty Repair Policy
Repair Policy: Jmsu offers a warranty on all bags. We will fully repair any stitching or rivet issues beyond normal wear and tear. This repair will be free of charge to the customer for one year from the date of purchase. You must be the original purchaser and have the order number; if purchased from an authorized retailer, you can return the item to the point of purchase. Bags cannot be altered in any way. For items requiring repair outside the one-year warranty period, we will charge a small fee based on the repair cost.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the bag to us for repair. Jmsu only covers return shipping for warranty items. If your bag requires repair or you have any questions about our repair policy or pricing, please contact us at +1 435-649-1256.
If you would like to have modifications made to an existing bag, please submit a request form. Our production team will evaluate the feasibility and, if so, provide a quote. Please note that you must be the original purchaser of the bag and provide the order number. Bags that are pre-owned or have been altered in any way will not be reviewed.
We do not offer cleaning services or re-dying services.
