Shipping Policy
If I order an in-stock item and an item currently in production, will they be shipped together?
For domestic orders only, we ship in-stock items in batches within 1-5 days and ship the in-production items together once production is complete and ready to ship (approximately 8-10 weeks). You will only pay a single shipping fee. For international orders, we hold the in-stock items until the in-production items are finished and ready to ship all at once.
*For domestic orders, there is an option to ship all items in one box; please select this option in the shopping cart.
*Orders will be shipped this way starting January 2, 2025.
How long will it take for my order to ship for an in-stock item?
Usually, it will arrive within 1-5 days. *Because we continually update our inventory levels, it is possible that a bag may be mistakenly sold out of stock due to multiple systems (online, wholesale, phone ordering, Etsy) pulling from the same inventory. If this happens, we will notify you of the new shipping time and options to change your order.
Where do you ship to? What shipping carriers do you use?
US Shipping – Ships via USPS Priority Mail with confirmed delivery.
International Shipping – Choose between USPS First Class or Priority shipping. Tracking information is sent via email, and delivery is guaranteed only to US borders. *Not all postal providers outside the US follow USPS tracking guidelines.
Can I edit or change my shipping address after placing an order?
If an order has not yet been fulfilled by the shipping team, customers have one hour to edit or change the shipping address. We will do our best to assist, but this cannot be guaranteed. If we are unable to edit your address, you will need to contact the carrier directly to see how they can assist you.
