Can I cancel my non-final sale order?
We have an automated process that immediately processes orders into our system for immediate shipment or production. We are unable to accept cancellations or modifications.

How should I clean my Jmsu bag?
Leather is a natural product and is susceptible to external factors. Due to its varying grains and colors, leather reacts differently in specific environments and climates. We are always here to provide you with relevant information and share our customers' successful experiences. For guidance, please refer to our leather care page.
We do recommend testing a small area or piece of cloth on the bottom of your bag before proceeding with a full treatment or cleaning process to see how it reacts.
Do I need to protect my bag from sunlight?
Authentic vegetable-tanned leather can easily fade in the sun. Repainted leather is less likely to fade.
