What is your return policy?
We will happily refund new, unused merchandise within 3-7 days of receipt. *Please note that if you receive an in-stock item and then an item in production as part of the same order, you will have 7 days to process the refund starting from the date each item is received, not the date the entire order arrives. We do not offer refunds for limited-edition or promotional items; we only provide store credit within the return period. Please note: Promotional and limited-edition leather goods will be displayed throughout the website, not just on individual collection pages. Custom bags are final. Items must not have been used in any way, exposed to perfume or smoke, or in any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.

Return packages must be shipped immediately; we cannot accept packages received more than 10 days after your request has been approved. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing your return request.
Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization.
Will you refund shipping costs for returns?
We do not refund return shipping costs.
