Do you ship overseas?Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Do I need to setup an account to place an order?You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.

How long does it take for my order to ship if it's in stock?You can expect it to arrive within 1-5 days. *Because our inventory levels are constantly updated, it's possible that a bag may be mistakenly out of stock due to multiple systems (online, wholesale, phone orders, Etsy) pulling from the same inventory.

What is your return policy?We are happy to process refunds for new, unused merchandise within 3-7 days of receipt.Returns must be shipped promptly; we cannot accept returns received more than 10 days after your return has been approved. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing your return.
